The MR series equipped with multi-tooling can up to 6 tooling levels. Designed for bending tight radiuses and controlling tube wall thinning, the MR series serves the most complex and demanding applications for the automotive, hydraulic and boiler industries. The MR series CNC tube benders ( Pipe Bending ) are equipped with 7 servo controlled axes, including 6 fully electric servos and 1 hydraulic proportional servo.
The V series CNC tube benders ( Pipe Bending ) combine Draw and Roll Bending technology. This combination allows the pipe bending of 2 different fixed radiuses and multiple large roll bending radiuses in a single part. Coupled with Individual Pressure Die Systems assist in each draw bending stack, it brings superior performance and flexibility. Equipped with DGT technology.
