  • Extremely high speed cutting line. The average cutting cycle times are 2.5 ~3 seconds
  • Standard with MB6 ( 6.5 meters Bundle Loading Magazine )
  • i2® ( intelligent interface ) system for automatic recommendation of RPM and cutting speed with minimum number of settings
  • Cutting Lengths up to 2 or 3 meters
  • Capacity up to Ø80mm tubing
  • Automatic separation of first and last cut vs. working pieces
  • First and crop cuts down to 20 mm
  • Servo controlled cutting ( Circular Saw ) and feeding system
  • 3 ~ 5 minutes setup time between most tube sizes
  • Safety covers for operational safety and minimizing noise levels
  • TR-76 tube bundling system ( Optional )
  • 1 or 2 length stoppers with Digital Length Readout (Optional )
  • May be connected to a SOCO Chamfering ( DEF-FA/76-V2 ) or Deburring ( BDB-76-2 ) Automation Cells
